Fudgey Peanut Butter Swirl Brownies

Brownie Layer Ingredients:

3/4 cup almond flour

1 scoop ancient nutrition vanilla collagen

11 tbs cacao powder

1/2 cup melted coconut oil or ghee

1 tsp baking soda

2 eggs

Pinch of sea salt

2 tbs honey (sub stevia for keto)

Peanut Butter Layer Ingredients:

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter (can sub any other nut butter)

Pinch of salt

1 tbs melted coconut oil

1 tbs honey (can sub stevia for keto)

Chocolate Drizzle:

1 tbs melted cacao butter or coconut oil

1 tbs cacao powder

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 350.

2) Mix together dry brownie ingredients and then add in the eggs, melted coconut oil and honey.

3) Bake brownie layer for about 12 min.

4) While brownie layer is baking, mix together all of the peanut butter layer ingredients.

5) Take out the brownie layer and cool before adding the peanut butter mixture.

6) Once cooled, pour peanut butter mixture on top of the brownie layer and gently spread with a spoon.

7) Prepare chocolate drizzle by melting the cacao butter and stirring in the cacao powder.

8) With a spoon, drizzle the chocolate over the peanut bitter layer. Use a toothpick or knife to swirl.

9) Optional, also add a drizzle of honey on top for extra sweetness.

10) Cool, cut and enjoy!
