Paleo/Sugar Free Cinnamon Cashew Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1/4 cup melted coconut oil

2 tsp vanilla

3 tbs almond milk

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup cashew butter

1/2 tsp baking soda

5 shakes cinnamon

monk fruit extract (or any sweetener)

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 350

2) Melt coconut oil and mix in cashew butter.

3) Add in the rest of the ingredients.

4) Make into cookie shapes and sprinkle more cinnamon on top.

5) Bake for about 7-10 minutes and enjoy!
