Paleo/Keto Coconut Macadamia Bars

Crust ingredients: 

1 cup almond flour 

1/4 cup coconut flour 

1 egg 

1 tsp baking soda 

1/4 tsp salt 

6 tbs melted ghee/butter or coconut oil 

5 tbs smooth almond butter 

1 1/2 tsp vanilla 

Filling ingredients: 

1/4 cup melted ghee 

1 & 1/2 cup coconut flakes 

1/2 cup coconut cream 

Monk fruit extract (or whatever sweetener you want) 

3/4 cup chopped salted macadamia nuts

1 egg 

1/2 tsp vanilla 

instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 350.

2) Mix all crust ingredients in one bowl, and in a separate bowl, prepare filling.

3) Grease pan and spread the crust over the bottom. Then pour in filling.

4) Bake for about 20 min, or until golden brown.

5) Let cool for about an hour before cutting.
