Paleo/Keto Almond Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup almond butter

2 egg

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp coconut oil

monk fruit sweetener 

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda 

I used my homemade chocolate for the drizzle (or sugar free chocolate chips) 

shredded coconut

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 350.

2) Melt coconut oil.

3) Mix all ingredients together and bake for about 7-10 min.

4) Once cooled, melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cookies. Sprinkle some coconut on top and enjoy!
