The Best Paleo Fudge Brownies

Brownie Ingredients:

5 Tbs melted coconut oil or ghee

2 eggs

2/3 cup almond flour

2 1/2 Tbs cacao powder

1/2 Tsp baking soda

1 Tbs tapioca starch

1/2 cup almond butter

1 Tbs unsweetened almond milk

1/4 Tsp sea salt

1/2 Tsp vanilla

1/4 cup chocolate chips

16 drops of monk fruit extract

Top Layer Fudge Ingredients:

5 Tbs coconut cream

3 Tbs almond butter

1/2 cup melted chocolate chips

Instructions:

1) Preheat oven to 350.

2) Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl. In another bowl, melt the coconut oil and almond butter together.

3) Mix all ingredients together.

4) Grease 8x8 pan and line the bottom with the brownie batter. Bake for about 15 min, take out and cool.

Fudge Layer:

1) Melt all ingredients together and let cool until thickened.

2) Add Fudge to brownie layer (after both have cooled).

3) Cut and enjoy!
